Kim has been actively operating in the valuation of Real Estate since 2003.  Her work began with Mass Appraisal in the Assessment field for the City of Edmonton and then Beaver County, AB.  The mass appraisal knowledge and agricultural experience assisted in confident transition to appraisal in 2006.  

Kim is proficient appraising all types of properties including: commercial, industrial, agricultural, unique and complex residential properties, and machinery and equipment valuations.

She enjoys utilizing her education and experience to complete an appraisal and accurately complete a detailed appraisal report.  She takes great pride in taking the necessary steps to analyze all aspects of the market, confidently writing the report in a timely matter, and providing great customer service throughout the process.

Noble Appraisals, opened in 2018 with the goal of offering clients fair appraisal fees, good turn around times, and above all accurate reports based on local experience.
